Why am I not being shown my draft message?
If you’re not seeing your draft message straight after Affixa finishes working, please work through the following steps.
- Check that you have configured Affixa to show your message in a web browser after creating it (look for “after creating the draft message” in “Getting Started“).
- Check that you are already logged in to your email account in your web browser.
- If you’re using Gmail or Google Apps together with Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, ensure you have installed the appropriate browser extension.
- If you’re using Zimbra, ensure you have installed the Zimlet. For more information about Zimlets, see this.
