Why am I not being shown my draft message?

If you’re not seeing your draft message straight after Affixa finishes working, please work through the following steps.

  1. Check that you have configured Affixa to show your message in a web browser after creating it (look for “after creating the draft message” in “Getting Started“).
  2. Check that you are already logged in to your email account in your web browser.
  3. If you’re using Gmail or Google Apps together with Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, ensure you have installed the appropriate browser extension.
  4. If you’re using Zimbra, ensure you have installed the Zimlet. For more information about Zimlets, see this.
