Your default web browser is incorrectly configured. The currently configured default no longer exists on your computer.

If you receive this message, take the following steps to resolve it:

Windows XP

  1. Click the Start button.
  2. Select Control Panel.
  3. Select Add or Remove Programs
  4. Click the Set Program Access and Defaults button.
  5. Choose your preferred web browser from the list and set it as default.
  6. Click OK.

Windows Vista and Windows 7

  1. Click the Start button.
  2. Default Programs
  3. Click the Set Program Access and Defaults button.
  4. Choose your preferred web browser from the list and set it as default.
  5. Click OK.

Windows 8 and 8.1

  1. Click the Start button.
  2. Start typing "default programs" and choose the "Default Programs" option that appears in the search results
  3. Click the Set Program Access and Defaults button.
  4. Choose your preferred web browser from the list and set it as default.
  5. Click OK.
