Why can’t I drag files into a basket?

When you attempt to drag a file into an attachment basket, you may not be able to drop it there.

This is an infrequent problem caused by the Affixa Tray application running as a different user to the user that logged on to Windows.

To resolve it, either:

• From the “Affixa” menu in the tray application, exit the application. Then start the tray application again using the Start Menu; or
• Reboot the computer.
