Mail Merges in Microsoft Word

To send mail-merged emails using Affixa, please follow Microsoft's guidance.

Please note that you must choose to send the email as plain text in one of the final steps. Only Outlook supports HTML messages.

You'll need to use an Excel spreadsheet or Access database as your data source; it's not possible to connect directly to your Google Contacts, for example.
